FAQ


1. Do you have a physical store?

No. All purchases are to be made online, while orders will be fulfilled at our warehouse. Therefore, no self-collection for flowers are allowed.

2. How do I place my order?

  1. Browse through our variety of floral products here.
  2. Select from the range of products we have in our collection. Add your greeting card message and click the “Add To Cart” button.
  3. Pick your preferred delivery date and time. Proceed to checkout, fill up the relevant details and click “Continue To Payment”.
  4. Enter your payment details and click “Pay Now” to confirm the purchase. Once payment is made, you will receive an email with the receipt and order number.

3. I have an issue with my order. How do I contact you?

Kindly email us at flowers@giftano.com or contact us at +65 6908 5495 for any enquiries. Do provide us with your order number.

Our customer support line is available from Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 6 pm. Any enquiries submitted on the weekends or public holiday will be replied on the next working day.

4. What payment options do you offer?

We offer Visa, Mastercard and American Express only.

5. Where do you deliver?

We provide island-wide delivery in Singapore except for these locations:

  • Airline Road
  • Lim Chu Kang
  • Airport Cargo Road
  • Alps Avenue
  • Brani Terminal Avenue
  • Jurong Island
  • Rifle Range
  • Any Military and Government bases, that requires clearance.

6. What are the delivery options and when will the recipient receive the flowers?

We currently have a standard delivery, with 3 different time slots:

  • Morning: 10.30 am - 2 pm (Cut-off 9 am)
  • Afternoon: 2 pm - 5.30 pm (Cut-off 12.30 pm)
  • Night: 5.30 pm - 10 pm (Cut-off 4 pm)

To qualify for Same-Day standard delivery, place your order 1.5 hours before the start of the time slot to qualify for that delivery schedule!

Example: Morning time slot delivery starts at 10.30 am. You still qualify for that delivery schedule when you place your order by 9.00 am.

The delivery route will be planned by our drivers and we cannot advise on the specific time of arrival. However, it will definitely reach within the delivery time you selected when you placed the order.

7. What happens if the delivery is unsuccessful?

There will be a $15 re-delivery fee imposed should the delivery be unsuccessful. These are the factors that count as an unsuccessful delivery:

  • The recipient is uncontactable or unavailable for more than 10 minutes to receive the bouquet, and no prior special instructions or safe location indicated for the bouquet.
  • The delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or invalid.

Customer will be notified by email or WhatsApp on the unsuccessful delivery, therefore, please make sure that the recipient’s contact number is correct and in service. The order will only be redelivered after payment is received and updated on the next available delivery date and time.

8. What are your delivery fees?

There is a delivery surcharge of S$15 on all orders, including Valentine’s Day.

    9. Can I cancel my order?

    You may cancel your order at least 24 hours before the date of delivery. However, do note that last-minute cancellation is not allowed.

    10. I need to change my order details! How do I do so?

    Kindly email us at flowers@giftano.com or contact us at +65 6908 5495 at least a day in advance to update your order details. Do provide us with your order number.
